Anger Management Course

This is a 6 week Course for those seeking better ways of dealing with anger and conflict either at home, in relationships or at work. This Course offers the opportunity to understand and explore how you manage anger, recognise what triggers anger, and learn a range of techniques to release anger. You also learn compassionate communication and engage in meditative practices and stress reduction exercises.
